Free delivery for purchases above 1,000 NIS (New Israeli Shekel).
The arrival of the goods will vary between 2-14 business days, according to your destination.

Please be aware if your order requires international shipping there might be additional duties and tax fees depending on country-specific import laws.
Rotem Shaul Co. is not responsible for tax payments on international goods entering the country of shipment, and if one is needed will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Self-pickup of products is possible by appointment only, please contact +972-54-5529579 (also on Whatsapp). The studio’s address is Eliezer Kaplan 7, Tel Aviv, 6473408, 1th floor #3.
Returning or exchanging an item is possible up to 14 days after the day of the item’s delivery.
All returns must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.
Items that return do not adhere to these standards will not be available for a refund. You will be notified and the piece will be returned to you.
Shipment of the item will be addressed to the studio’s address.
Items that have been personalized or customized for you, will not be refunded.
For paid delivery please email us. Deliveries within Israel are 60 NIS, Outside of Israel, the shipping cost will be 35$.
Once your return has been processed, your account will be credited for the original purchase price.
You will receive a confirmation via email when your return is being processed.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If by any chance you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make it right, No worries!
Contact us at Admin@RotemShaul.com indicating your order number, within 4 days of receiving the shipment and we will do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Most of our items are made-to-order and offer a variety of alterations to personalize your luxury garment.
Possible alterations will be indicated specifically below each item.
