”Take me under your wing”
The inspiration for the collection can be found in my grandmother’s washroom, a place that represents our need to protect and to be protected. Even as a child, this washroom symbolized for me a place of refuge and inspiration.
The floor and walls were built in the 1950s and were bright shades of pink and green, decorated geometrically with flowers between all the tiles. The sink, the toilet, and even the bath itself were all adorned in the same colorful fashion, bestowing upon me a feeling of warmth and comfort.
The summer collection of contemporary women’s fashion is characterized by light and natural fabrics in an array of colors including pink, beige, mustard, black, and white using digital patterns. These designs were inspired by specific details found in the washroom wall and floor tiles, each carefully and closely examined and refined into unique patterns and designs. The clothes are designed with an emphasis on freedom of movement and maximum comfort.
